"Colossal Glow"

Inspired by: For this piece I wanted to capture the look of a huge peak that towers over the others around it. A peak so magnificent that you can't help but bask in it's glory. The sky was inspired from those rare mornings you can catch an "Alpen Glow" where the horizon appears reddish but the sky above has a beautiful purple hue. This is the most detailed and intricate piece I have created to date and will certainly make a big statement in any room.

Composed of: Epoxy resin (sky and lake), textured stainless steel, an oak hardwood frame, and over one hundred meticulously hand-cut pieces of reclaimed wood.
