"Towering Heights"

This piece took over 100 hours to build, and reflects more than ten years of learning and refining my craft. Every piece was cut, shaped, and fit by hand using reclaimed barnwood, cedar, and steel. Each piece chosen for its weathered character and natural tones. The peaks rise in deep earthy contrast to sharp snowcaps, with a turquoise lake and starry sky poured in epoxy resin to really bring it all to life. Layered wood, steel, and resin give it a truly unique 3D feel. 

Inspired by the rugged beauty of the high country, this piece is both a tribute to the wild places that shaped it and a statement artwork designed to capture attention in any space.

Composed of: Epoxy resin (alpine lake and starry sky), 350 + meticulously hand-cut pieces of reclaimed weathered barnwood (some of which is over 100 years old), and a primavera hardwood frame.
